The story centers on abandoned shopping carts – like when you’re shopping online and put stuff in your basket or cart but then leave and never return to checkout and purchase the items. In the ecommerce world this is known as abandoned carts and there is now technology out there to get those shoppers back by reminding them they never checked-out.
