Sage announced integration between Sage X3 and Salesforce.com at Dreamforce 2016 on Tuesday bringing together Sage’s strategic ERP software with the industry’s leading CRM solution.
According to Sage, the integration connects ERP and CRM business processes in real time with shared data between CRM and financial transactions providing visibility across applications to the entire customer experience including the sales process.
The net result of integrating ERP and CRM is significant gains in efficiencies as data doesn’t have to be entered in multiple systems and users in either system have access to critical information they need to be more effective in managing customer needs.
Sage has been busy lately with X3 having recently announced Sage X3 E-Commerce, a cloud-based e-commerce and mobile commerce platform.
