There are 28 government-funded Small Business Development Centers in the state of Ohio offering no-cost, confidential business services. Operated as a joint venture between Ohio Development Services Agency and the U.S. Small Business Administration and selected Ohio chambers of commerce, colleges and universities, and economic development agencies, the network provides access to technology assistance, training, counseling, financial consultation and guidance, quality assessments, and much more.

These resources also offer some paid training at discounted prices for QuickBooks training and other workshops. Workshop topics cover a broad range of subjects including access to capital, accounting and budgeting, inventory management, lean manufacturing, human resources, management, marketing, technology, legal, and more.
