These accolades were presented at an awards luncheon for the partners at the Epicor Ignite sales conference recently held in October 2015 at the Boca Raton Resort and Club in Boca Raton, Florida.
Designation as a Platinum Partner means that e2b teknologies has gone above and beyond other partners in terms of project throughout and overall expertise in the sale, installation, support, and development of Epicor ERP systems. The company is one of only 10 Partners to achieve this level of premium tier status which was awarded based on four performance categories including sales performance, delivery performance, partner proficiency and partner commitment.
e2b teknologies’ recognition of the Most Improved Partner was based on internal nominations by Epicor to recognize the Partner that has seen the most overall improvement in their Epicor practice from the prior year. Consideration for the award took into account a number of factors including sales, implementation quality, customer satisfaction, and certifications; all of which are areas in which e2b teknologies has made significant improvements and investments in over the course of the last twelve months.
