“Intacct provides the robust business applications and great flexibility expanding companies need.”
Sage Intacct Corporation, the leader in on-demand ERP, announced that Healthx Inc., a leading provider of healthcare technology and consulting services, is deploying Intacct’s ERP On Demand suite to manage its business operations, which are expanding rapidly through acquisitions and organic growth. Intacct’s Web-native, subscription-based ERP applications help Healthx reduce IT costs, accelerate sales and establish internal controls for financial reporting.
Healthx is also integrating Intacct’s ERP On Demand with salesforce.com’s customer relationship management (CRM) application to complete the sales cycle — generate quotes, verify pricing and inventory, convert quotes to orders, track fulfillment, issue invoices, monitor customer satisfaction and book revenue. Intacct’s integration and customization services, ConnectERP and CustomERP, ensure
data in both systems are automatically synchronized. Fusing Intacct and salesforce.com provides midsize companies with a complete suite of business management software, including financials, order entry, purchasing, inventory, marketing, sales management, customer service and customer support.
“After our latest acquisition, managing daily order and supply chain activities became problematic, and as a result important metrics, such as customer service levels, accounts receivable collections, and budget forecasts, were negatively impacted,” said Greg Bell, president and CEO of Healthx. “Integrating on-demand ERP and CRM gives us a best-of-breed solution to consolidate and process financials from multiple business units, track sales and supply chain in real time and enforce corporate accounting policies companywide.”
Healthx technology solutions connect healthcare constituent, including payers, providers, employers, members, brokers and trading partners, with services that make healthcare benefits more convenient and affordable. Healthx recently acquired Atlanta-based Recall Systems Inc., an innovative provider of healthcare communication services for third-party administrators and health insurers.
“As Healthx continues to grow, Intacct’s ERP suite will grow with it, both in size and functionality, to accommodate new business requirements on demand,” said Robert J. Jurkowski, CEO and president of Intacct. “From emerging enterprises to publicly traded multinationals, Intacct provides the robust business applications and great flexibility expanding companies need.”
Intacct delivers financial, supply chain, professional services automation and business analytics software as an on-demand service to more than 2,000 midsize customers. Built on a multi-tenant Web infrastructure, ERP On Demand lowers IT costs, enhances flexibility and increases profitability for emerging and public companies with multiple locations and multi-currency operations. Intacct’s platform services for application, data and process integration and customization enable enterprises to extend ERP On Demand, and software makers to embed a private-labeled back-office suite. Headquartered in San Jose, California, with operations in Bangalore, India, Intacct is a privately held company funded by Deloitte & Touche, Goldman Sachs, Hummer Winblad Venture Partners and JK&B Capital.
