Gwido Dlugopolsky is the senior lean consultant at Magnet, a manufacturing advocacy and growth network organization dedicated to helping manufacturers grow and compete in Northeast Ohio. Dlugopolsky has 35 years’ experience in lean manufacturing, industrial engineering, program management, continuous improvement and quality at leading manufacturing companies including General Tire, Johnson Controls and Textron Automotive. He was involved in the start-up of three manufacturing facilities and lead implementer of ISO 9001 Quality systems. Dlugopolsky is a certified professional engineer and project manager with expertise in lean manufacturing, plant layout, project management, and quality systems implementation.
