MEET KATE MULLEN

Kate holds over 10 years of experience in the information systems industry in her previous positions of Support Manager, Software Implementer and Support Analyst for e2b teknologies.

Kate got her start working with the United States Army as an Administrative Specialist. There, she was responsible for all administrative support to the Company Commander including designing presentations. Before long, Kate was hired as a Customer Support Services Analyst for Haitek Solutions, where she was responsible for providing front-line support for the company’s customers and resellers.

Kate has worked as a consultant for Sage MAS 500 and Epicor 9.05. Additionally, she has developed a standard upgrade procedure for e2b’s customers and she has several years experience directly managing system installation and upgrades.

She returned to work with Haitek’s original management under e2b teknologies in 2002, and she currently manages the customer support services department while providing support herself to customers, resellers, integration partners, and internal users.

On her down time, she enjoys going on bike rides and walks with her family.
