Every generation seems to be at odds with the next generation. They just don’t understand each other. This was certainly true of the Baby Boomers and Generation X and it’s equally as true with Generation X and the Millennial’s. As in life, there is always two sides to the story so to be fair – we’re sharing both with you here. The first, Millennials in the Workforce, points the finger at the Millennial’s and everything they do wrong. The second is a brilliant counterpoint to the video called Millennial’s Guide to Baby Boomers: A Response. We personally see the humor in both versions and are confident that at the end of the day each side will bring their A-Game to the business community to continue to make our country and our global economy truly great.
