There are dozens of customer relationship management (CRM) systems available today ranging from simple systems like Insight.ly to large, complex applications like Salesforce.com. The CRM you choose will depend greatly on your industry and specific business needs. What’s good for a manufacturer isn’t necessarily good for a professional service firm and you should strongly consider CRM applications that integrate with your specific ERP system.
We represent two ERP products – Sage CRM which integrates with Sage 100cloud, Sage 500, and Sage X3 as well as Epicor CRM which integrates with Epicor ERP. However, many of our customers use other ERP systems that can be integrated with these (and other) ERP business applications. While we don’t represent all CRM options available, we do work with and recommend some great companies to consider when it comes to other CRM applications.
Trellispoint (www.trellispoint.com) is a fantastic CRM company. They work with three leading CRM products including Salesforce.com, Microsoft CRM, and Infor CRM (fka SalesLogix). Salesforce.com integrates to virtually every ERP system including Sage and Epicor products. Infor CRM was originally owned by Sage so it integrates easily with many Sage ERP products. And Microsoft CRM integrates with most ERP applications.
Faye Business Solutions Group (www.fayebsg.com) is one of the most experienced Sugar CRM resellers, developers, and consulting firms in the country. They specialize in integrations between Sugar CRM and leading ERP applications like Sage 100c, Intuit QuickBooks, Intacct, and NetSuite.
Brainsell (www.brainsell.net) is another great CRM option for companies to consider. While they do resell ERP – they are at heart a CRM provider having built their business focused squarely on customer relationship management applications including Salesforce.com, Sugar CRM, Microsoft CRM, Infor CRM, Act! by SwiftPage, FieldMagic CRM for field service, and OroCRM for eCommerce.
Technology Advisors (www.techadv.com) is yet another great CRM partner. They have a long history with Infor CRM and ACT! by SwiftPage and have years of experience working with Sugar CRM. They also publish their own products including Starfish ETL which provides integration between many popular ERP and CRM applications.
Tour de Force (www.tourdeforceinc.com) is a smaller niche CRM option specialized for manufacturing industries. It can operate stand-alone or integrated with various ERP applications including Epicor ERP.
