Sage 100 2021 Part 2 – Improved Record Keeping Capabilities

Sage 100 is releasing 26 new features to support our 14,000+ active customers and to show our continued investment in this well-loved product. The Release Notes will provide you with the comprehensive list of what is available. Below are some key features we are excited to highlight.
Along with the Enhanced Security and Communications updates from part 1, Sage has also added Improved Record Keeping Capabilities to the new release.
Customers who send orders, invoices, and other business documents through Sage 100 now have a detailed log to help them confirm these emails are sent without any issues. We now support PDFs, Word docs, JPEGs, and other file types to be associated to our journals and registers.

This part of the new release will allow you to move towards a paperless office with features like:

  • Electronic Delivery Log
  • Document Print Status Unchanged if Failure Occurs
  • Default Deliver Options
  • Email Additional Salesperson
  • Associate any Document Type with Journals and Registers
